Terms and Conditions

These Terms define the procedure for ordering, payment, service provision and complaints, copyright protection, and general business conditions when booking and purchasing accommodation and dining services at Hotel Labineca (“the Hotel”). The provider of the stated services is Kepita d.o.o. 

Inquiries and reservations are accepted via the Hotel’s website, by email, or in person at the Hotel reception. By making a reservation via the website, the service user declares that they fully accept these Terms. During the reservation process, the user is required to provide all requested information. A reservation is considered valid only after the service user pays a deposit or provides a valid debit/credit card number as a guarantee. All reservations made through the online system are considered valid only after confirmation by the Hotel. The reservation confirmation must be presented at the reception upon arrival. 

Hotel services can be paid online using the following debit/credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. Alternatively, payment can be made in person at the Hotel reception. The final invoice will be issued at the Hotel reception prior to departure. 

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured using SSL encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a process of encoding data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission. This ensures secure information transfer and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user’s device and the payment service. 

The payment service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), protected from unauthorized access. The payment service used is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, in compliance with Visa and MasterCard regulations. The Hotel does not store credit card numbers, and such numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons. 

The payment system is based on the 3-D Secure standard, which currently offers the most secure solution for online debit and credit card payments. If the card is enrolled in the 3-D Secure program, additional identity verification will be requested to confirm the cardholder’s identity. 

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR), including VAT. The amount charged to your debit/credit card is calculated by converting the listed price according to the valid exchange rate. When charging your card, the amount is converted from euros to your local currency in accordance with your card provider’s rules for foreign transactions. Due to currency conversion, minor differences from the original price shown on our website may occur. 

Check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. 

Check-out is before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. 

Please note that children aged 12 and above are considered adults and are charged the full price. When booking accommodation, children aged 12 or over must be counted as adults. 

The Hotel reserves the right to modify a reservation or service delivery at any time if circumstances beyond our control arise—circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or delayed. A confirmed accommodation unit may be replaced with one of the same or higher category at no additional cost, with timely notice provided to the guest. 

If no suitable replacement accommodation can be found, and the reservation was paid in advance, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and issue a full refund of the amount paid. Guests may modify an existing reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy presented during the booking process and provided with the booking confirmation. Requests for changes must be submitted online or in writing (via email or post). 

Once the exact refund amount is determined, it will be issued—at the sender’s expense—exclusively to the debit/credit card used for the original reservation payment. 

All disputes will be resolved amicably where possible and in accordance with Croatian law. EU-based customers can resolve online purchase disputes through the ORS platform at the following link:

If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb, under Croatian law. 

Service users/guests agree not to reproduce and/or distribute any materials subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights without explicit permission from the rights holder.

FINAL PROVISIONS 

These Terms apply from August 1, 2025. The Hotel reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes will be published on this website along with their effective date.
