NOTICE ON SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT
Dear guests, in accordance with the regulations on the hospitality and catering activity and consumer protection, we hereby inform you that you can file a written complaint regarding the quality of the service provided as follows:
- personally, at the hotel reception desk where you will be given a confirmation that the complaint has been received
- by mail sent to: Hotel Labineca, Jadranska 2, 21330 Gradac
- by sending it to the e-mail address: info.labineca@dalmatie-group.com
We will send you an answer to your complaint in writing 15 days from the date of receiving the complaint at the latest.
