- Check-in time is after 15:00 on arrival day.
- Check-out time is before 11:00 on departure day.
- Late check-out may result in extra charge.
- Room rates include local tax and service charges.
- Note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
- The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.
- Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
- If you do not have a credit card a guaranteed prepayment of 30,00% of the reservation value is required. Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 2 day(s) after creation.
- Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
Hotel Labineca reserves the right to change prices at any time, depending on availability and demand. The price stated in the offer is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee until an official booking confirmation is received.
The reception reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card on the day of your arrival. Your card will be charged in Euros (EUR), regardless of the currency used during the booking process. Please note that minor differences in the final amount may occur due to exchange rates or bank fees.
Before your arrival, please verify that your booking includes all requested services and all persons (including children) who will be staying in the reserved accommodation. The stay of any person not previously listed in the reservation will be charged additionally at the reception, in accordance with the current price list.
We recommend notifying us in advance of any special requests (e.g., baby cot, late check-in, dietary requirements, etc.) so we can prepare accordingly, subject to availability.

Cancellation policy
The reservation will be held by 20:00, on arrival date.
The reservation can be cancelled online no less than 1 day(s) prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation 365-7 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 0.00% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation 7-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100.00% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation which the guest guaranteed by bank transfer 365–7 days before arrival, we will refund 30% of the paid reservation value.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation guaranteed by bank transfer 7–0 days before arrival, we will retain 30% of the reservation value as a cancellation fee.
